Rick Springfield came to the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut on May 19, 2024. This was one of the full band shows. Some of the shows on this run will be “stripped down” solo shows. These are intimate solo performances, with interactive multimedia and story telling about his songs and more.
Springfield came out on stage at Mohegan Sun beginning his set with Affair of the Heart. Love Somebody and Don’t Talk to Strangers were a few fan favorites thrown into the mix on the night. There was also a few covers, I’ve Done Everything for You (Sammy Hagar) and State of the Heart (Mondo Rock),. He wrapped up the 17 song set with his top hit Jessie’s Girl. Rick Springfield will continue touring heavily in the United States throughout the summer. November 14, 2024 at the Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, California is the final show of the year as of now. Key stops throughout the tour include Illinois, Colorado, and California. He does have some more New England dates as well. He will be in Boston, Massachusetts on June 22, 2024 at the Bach Center-Shubert Theatre.
