Lady A was at the Mohegan Sun Arena on Thursday July 29, 2021. They were accompanied by Niko Moon and Carly Pearce. This show was part of the What A Song Can Do Tour. Niko Moon started the night off with a solid, energy filled set. Carly Pearce followed up with an amazing set as well, setting the stage for the headliners.
Once Lady A took the stage, you could instantly see the chemistry. The trio of Hillary Scott, Dave Haywood, and Charles Kelley kicked things off with Like a Lady. They went on to play top hits such as American Honey, What If I Never Get Over You, Just a Kiss, and Bartender. Their song What a Song Can Do was also performed. This song is the title track to their 2021 album, as well as the namesake for the tour. We also got treated to a two song encore, starting with a Mark Cohn cover of Walking in Memphis. KEEPING UP WITH LADY A
Lady A has a very busy 2022 ahead of them. They will be touring starting mid July, running all the way through October. They will also be making a stop in September in Boston, at the brand new MGM Music Hall at Fenway. Mohegan Sun continues to pump out shows consisting of the top acts out there.
