New Kids on the Block came to the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts on August 10, 2024. Paula Abdul and DJ Jazzy Jeff were also on the bill. DJ Jazzy Jeff kicked the evening off by spinning some classics. The crowd was amped up heading into Paula Abdul’s set. She started her set off with Straight Up. Cold Hearted, Opposites Attract, and Rush Rush were some fan favorites mixed in. She also performed a mashup of The Promise of a New Day / Knocked Out / Ain’t Never Gonna Give You Up. She ended her eight song set with Forever Your Girl.
Once NKOTB took the stage, they kicked things off with Magic. They threw in crowd favorites such as You Got It (The Right Stuff), Tonight, and Step by Step. They performed a cover of Neil Diamond’s Sweet Caroline, a very popular song that gets the crowd going over at Fenway Park. The 28 song set ended with Better Days. New Kids on the Block have two more scheduled dates as of now for the year. First up is September 21, 2024 at the iHeart Radio Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada.
