DISPATCH – MGM MUSIC HALL AT FENWAY

Dispatch came to the MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston, Massachusetts on October 19, 2024. This was the second of back to back shows at the venue. They were joined by 10 Ft. Ganja Plant, after Matt Quinn of Mt. Joy opened for them the first night. These shows were part of the Amplifying Democracy Tour.

THE MARLEY BROTHERS – XFINITY CENTER

The Marley Brothers came to the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts on September 26, 2024 for The Legacy Tour. Ziggy, Stephen, Julian, Ky-Mani, and Damian all performed songs from their father, the legendary Bob Marley. The tour is a 22 show run, with shows in the United States and Canada.

BUMPIN UGLIES – SOUNDCHECK STUDIOS – 8/9/2024

Bumpin Uglies came to Soundcheck Studios in Pembroke, Massachusetts on August 9, 2024. Higher Education, who opened the show, was formed in Maryland by brothers Petey and Danny Devaney. Bradley Wilson joined them on drums. They delivered an energetic set, with the brothers swapping out guitars throughout. They were also joined on stage by Brandon Hardesty shortly before closing out their set.

STICK FIGURE – XFINITY CENTER – 8/3/2024

Stick Figure brought their Sacred Sands Summer Tour to the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts on August 3, 2024. They were joined by SOJA and Little Stranger, who are opening things up for the entire tour. Little Stranger kicked the night off with a short but sweet set. Hollywood Not, Coffee & a Joint, and Kama Sumatra were a few of the songs they played. SOJA then performed a solid nine song set including fan favorites like I Don’t Wanna Wait, Here I Am, and Sorry. Mihali (Twiddle) also came out with SOJA, making his debut on the stage at the Xfinity Center.

Memorial Meltdown at Charles R. Wood Park on May 25-26, 2024.

MEMORIAL MELTDOWN 2024

Memorial Day weekend brought us the official start of the Memorial Meltdown Festival in Lake George, New York. The town is located four hours north of New York City. Thousands of fans, most of them local residents, spent the two-day event at Charles R. Wood Park. Looking at the ambiance, it was more than music. It was a celebration of community, creativity, and faith. A place where families and groups of friends were relaxing and enjoying great food, music, cocktails, photography sales, and more.

JOEY HARKUM – ELECTRIC HAZE

Joey Harkum brought The Art of Revenge Tour to the Electric Haze in Worcester, Massachusetts. The show took place on February 24, 2024. The Quins and The Crowded Table were also on the bill for the evening. This was the second show of the 29 scheduled shows for the tour. All photos  were provided by Joanna Gleason.

ANCIENT BLOOD – TRIBAL SEEDS

Tribal Seeds dropped Ancient Blood, their fifth studio album, on February 9, 2024. They have also released two EP’s and a live album throughout their career. A lot has changed since the release of their debut album Youth Rebellion in 2005, but Ancient Blood is truly a breath of fresh air. Kicking off with Bondage featuring The Twinkle Brothers, you can feel the energy building up through the thick bass lines. It also sets a theme for some of the features on the album, as there is a heavy presence of Jamaican artists showcased. The second track, One Time, features Romain Virgo. Hector Roots Lewis (Dusk Till Dawn) and Hempress Sativa (Wicked & Riled) are also Jamaican artists that are featured on this album.   

311 at Mohegan Sun Arena on 2/15/2024

311 – MOHEGAN SUN ARENA

311 came to the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut on February 15, 2024. Sitting on Stacy opened things up for the show. Sitting on Stacy kicked off their set with Hope She’s the One. They threw in fan favorites like Crème Brûlée, Tokyo, and Chest Hair. Feel free to check out their full setlist

DUPPY CONQUERORS – SOUNDCHECK STUDIOS

Duppy Conquerors, a Bob Marley tribute band, came to Soundcheck Studios in Pembroke, Massachusetts on February 9, 2024. This show was for the Bob Marley Birthday Celebration, and they brought all the classics and fan favorites with them. DJ Jah Rich joined as a special guest for this show as well. This show also happened on the heels of the release of the Bob Marley movie, Bob Marley: One Love. The movie hit theaters February 14, 2024. MAX CREEK – SOUNDCHECK STUDIOS

Max Creek came to Soundcheck Studios in Pembroke, Massachusetts on Friday December 15, 2023. This was the first of back to back nights at the venue for their Holiday Creekend. This band has been jamming over a span of five decades already. Scott Murawski, Mark Mercier, and John Rider have all been a part of the lineup since the 70’s.
