Avenged Sevenfold took stage at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts on Wednesday July 19, 2023. Kim Dracula and Alexisonfire were also on the bill for the night. This was part of the Life is But a Dream North American Tour. Kim Dracula delivered an eight song opening set. Make me Famous, Drown, and Killdozer were all included in the set. also featured was the cover of Lady Gaga’s Paparazzi. Alexisonfire then came out and performed nine songs leading up to Avenged. Their set included fan favorites such as Boiled Frogs, Sans Soleil, and Young Cardinals. They closed out with This Could Be Anywhere In The World.
Avenged Sevenfold hit the stage beginning with Game Over. From there they mixed in top hits like Afterlife, Hail to the King, Nobody, and Bat Country. They ended their thirteen song set with A Little Piece of Heaven. Half way through the set, while performing The Stage, Guitarist Synyster Gates sustained a leg injury. This prompted a 20 minute delay, but the show did resume with Synyster performing from backstage. You can check out the full setlist from the evening.
KEEPING UP WITH AVENGED SEVENFOLD
Avenged Sevenfold will be wrapping up this leg of the tour August 7, 2023 at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, BC. After a brief break, they will begin their second leg of the tour on September 16, 2023 in West Palm Beach, Florida. This run is scheduled to go until October 15, 2023 at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. Falling In Reverse will be joining them for the run as well.
